What it does

Everyone gets their own login and their own column. You decide what each person can see and do.

A login for everyone

  • Bookkeeper, the money and no diary

Their own column and hours

What a team costs

Pay for the people, not for the features.

Free covers one person. Pro is £9.99 a month for each person and stops at £39.99, so a team of four or forty pays the same.

Who counts
Everyone with a login, and anyone bookable without one. The owner counts.
Who doesn't
Anyone you have retired or parked.
When it changes
Add, park or retire someone and the bill follows, worked out to the day.

And there's more

More ways to run a team.

The small things that matter when more than one person is on the diary.

  1. 01Parked, never refused

If you add more people than your plan covers, the extras wait in your list until you upgrade. Nothing is lost.

  2. 02Change a role later

Change what someone can do whenever you like.

  3. 03A receptionist with no column

Somebody who only runs the front desk can have a login without a column in the diary.

  4. 04Hand the business over

Make someone the owner and you become a manager. The plan and the bill stay with the business.

  5. 05Invites you can see

An invite nobody has answered shows on your home screen, so it doesn't get lost.

  6. 06Staff in the app

The same login works in the FullDiary app on iPhone and Android, and each person only sees what their role allows.

What it costs. Free covers one person. Pro is £9.99 a month for each person, £19.98 for two and £29.97 for three, then a flat £39.99 for four or more. Anyone you have retired or parked doesn't count, and the bill follows as people come and go. See the plans.

FAQs

Common questions

The things people ask about team and staff before they sign up.

Something else on your mind? Ask us.

Does everyone need a login?

No. Somebody can be bookable and have a column without a login, and a receptionist can have a login without a column. A login is for people who need to see the diary themselves.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Each person gets an email with a link to join, and you choose what their login can do. The invite lasts 7 days.

Can a member of staff see the takings?

Only if you allow it. Diary only and front desk run appointments and never see the takings, your settings or your documents. A manager runs everything but the plan, the bill and who has a login. A bookkeeper has the invoices, takings and customers and no diary.

Can I rent out a chair or a room?

Yes. The renter role is locked to their own column. They see and run their own bookings, blocked time and figures, and can't move a booking to anyone else.

Can I hide customers' phone numbers and emails from a login?

Yes. You can hide customers' phone numbers and emails from a login, so they see names and bookings but never the contact details. A mobile trade's staff still see the address, because they have to get there.

What happens when somebody leaves?

Their appointments stay in the diary. You remove their access and retire them, after moving or cancelling any bookings still to come, so nobody is booked into a column that has gone.

Do staff use the app?

Yes. The same login works on the website and in the FullDiary app on iPhone and Android, and each login sees only the screens its role allows.

Can the business change hands?

Yes. You can make someone else the owner and you become a manager. The plan and the bill belong to the business and do not move.
