The FullDiary diary on a busy Saturday: the live clock and the day's takings on top, four columns of bookings with customer photos, lunch breaks marked
A customer's phone on a FullDiary booking page: the shop's logo and address, and services with prices, ready to book

A caseload of regulars

Feet in the chair, phone going unanswered

Podiatry runs on regulars and referrals: six-week cycles, home-visit rounds, and a phone that rings while both your hands are busy.

Regulars who slip the cycle

Six weeks becomes ten. If rebooking took one tap from their sofa, or thirty seconds at the desk, the cycle would hold.

DNAs on a tight list

A did-not-attend is thirty prepared minutes gone, and gaps in a podiatry list do not backfill themselves.

Home visits, half-planned

A domiciliary booking without the address is a phone call before every visit.

Try it

Book yourself in, the way your patients will.

Four taps on the phone, and watch the booking land in the diary beside it. That is all your patients see: no app, no account, no password to invent.

The diary

The screen your clinic lives on.

Clinic days and home-visit rounds on one diary: who is next, where, a maps link to the door, and the six-weekly regulars already in the book.

Someone running late? Drag their booking to another column or time and drop it. The diary updates and the customer gets the new time by email. (A real screen recording.)

  • Drag a booking to a new time - the emails follow it
  • Draw across an empty space to book a walk-in
  • Done, no-show or cancelled, marked as you go
  • One tap makes it full screen for the tablet by the till

Forms

The intake form, answered before the first visit

The clinic setup adds the intake form and asks it on the booking page before a first visit: what brings them in, medical history, medication and consent, with a typed-name agreement. The answers sit on the patient's profile with a PDF, and the diary card shows who has done theirs.

  • Asked on the booking page, before the first appointment
  • The answers sit on the patient's profile with a PDF
  • Inside the validity window they are not asked again

The Travel card under Booking rules: Charge for travel switched on, 0.45 pounds a mile, 3 free miles, 20 miles at most, where you set off from, and Try an address answering 8.3 miles, a travel charge of 2.40 pounds

Travel charges

A home-visit round that pays for the miles

If you go to every patient, set your own price per mile after any free miles on Pro, and FullDiary works out the real driving distance to each door and adds the charge to the booking before the patient confirms. A clinic that does some home visits can add a home visit as its own service, with its own price, instead.

  • Your rate, your free miles, and the furthest you go for online bookings
  • Patients see the charge before they book, and on their confirmation
  • Change it, take it off or work it out again from the diary
A customer's phone on the booking page's Who with? step: first available, then each person with their photo and a line about them

Their side

Your page, on your patients' phones.

Your name, your services, your prices, in your colours. This is what opens when one of your patients taps the link in your bio or scans your QR card. No app, no account, booked in under a minute.

  • Real times, not requests: slots come from the live diary's actual gaps
  • Nothing to download and no password to invent
  • Confirmation lands by email, with add-to-calendar and a link to move it

FAQs

Questions from podiatrists, answered straight

What it costs, what your patients see, and how FullDiary fits the way podiatrists actually work.

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.

Does it work for domiciliary visits?

Yes. Turn on 'ask for the customer's address when they book' and the booking form requires it. The address shows on the appointment, in the confirmation emails and in the calendar entry, with a maps link on the diary card, so a day of home visits plans itself the night before.

Can I charge for the travel to home visits?

Yes, on Pro, if you go to every patient. With the address question on, switch on Charge for travel on the Travel card under it in Your clinic, Booking rules, and set your own price per mile, any free miles and the furthest you go. The patient sees the charge before they book, worked out from the real driving distance to their address. It applies to every online booking, so a clinic that does some home visits prices them as their own service instead.

Can patients rebook their six-week slot before they leave?

Yes. Open the patient's booking in the diary, press repeat and pick every six weeks, and the diary keeps the slot topped up. For the ones who leave without booking, set the rebook reminder to six weeks under Your shop, Keeping customers: anyone past that gap with nothing booked gets one email with a link to book.

Can patients fill in an intake form before they arrive?

Yes. The clinic setup adds the intake form and asks it on the booking page before a first visit, with a typed-name agreement. The answers sit on the patient's profile with a PDF, and the diary card shows who has done theirs.

What does it keep on each patient?

A profile with their bookings, the intake form with its PDF, dated private notes, and a visit record for every appointment with the clinic's fields. Notes you choose to share appear on the patient's own page.

Can I take payment or a deposit at booking?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and any service can ask for a deposit or the full fee. The slot is confirmed once it is paid, and FullDiary takes no commission.

Is it really free to start?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.

Do my patients need an app?

No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
