Online booking system for osteopaths

The simple booking system for osteopaths.

Bad backs do not ring at lunch

A back goes at 6am. Your phone opens at nine.

Osteopathy is an in-pain-now purchase: people book with whoever can see them soonest.

Acute pain books at odd hours

The searching happens at 6am, gingerly, from bed. The first clinic with its diary open online gets the patient.

Hands on, phone ringing

Every enquiry competes with the patient on the table.

DNAs and the follow-up fade

A course of treatment only works if appointment three happens. Reminded, week-three patients turn up.

Try it

Book yourself in, the way your patients will.

Four taps on the phone, and watch the booking land in the diary beside it. That is all your patients see: no app, no account, no password to invent.

The diary

The screen your clinic lives on.

Every osteopath is a column, a new-patient appointment holds its 45 minutes and a follow-up its 30, and the clinic runs from the screen at reception or the phone between patients.

Someone running late? Drag their booking to another column or time and drop it. The diary updates and the customer gets the new time by email. (A real screen recording.)

  • Drag a booking to a new time - the emails follow it
  • Draw across an empty space to book a walk-in
  • Done, no-show or cancelled, marked as you go
  • One tap makes it full screen for the tablet by the till

The intake form, answered before the first visit

The clinic setup adds the intake form and asks it on the booking page before a first visit: what brings them in, medical history, medication and consent, with a typed-name agreement. The answers sit on the patient's profile with a PDF, and the diary card shows who has done theirs.

FAQs

Questions from osteopaths, answered straight

What it costs, what your patients see, and how FullDiary fits the way osteopaths actually work.

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.

Can new patients be steered to the longer first appointment?

Yes. Your services list shows 'New patient, first visit' with its own length and price, each service carries a description, and the 'anything they should know' box states who books what. Patients pick the right one when the page is clear.

Can patients pay or leave a deposit when booking?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and any appointment type can take a deposit or the full fee at booking. The slot is confirmed once it is paid. Many clinics protect the long new-patient slot this way and leave follow-ups free to book. FullDiary takes no commission.

Can patients fill in an intake form before they arrive?

Yes. The clinic setup adds the intake form and asks it on the booking page before a first visit, with a typed-name agreement. The answers sit on the patient's profile with a PDF, and the diary card shows who has done theirs.

Can I sell a course of treatment?

Yes, on Pro. A package is a set of sessions paid up front, sold on your booking page through your own Stripe or at reception from the patient's profile. Each session they book comes off it automatically, and their own page shows the balance.

What does it keep on each patient?

A profile with their bookings, the intake form with its PDF, dated private notes, and a visit record for every session with the clinic's fields: pain score, range of movement, treatment given and exercises. Notes you share, like an exercise plan, appear on the patient's own page.

Can I charge for home visits?

If you see every patient at home, yes, on Pro: under Your clinic, Booking rules, switch on 'Ask for the customer's address when they book', then Charge for travel on the Travel card under it, with your own price per mile after any free miles. It applies to every online booking, so if most patients come to the clinic, add a home visit as its own service with its own price instead.

Is it really free to start?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.

Do my patients need an app?

No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
