Reminders
They get reminded. You do nothing.
Every booking gets a confirmation and a reminder before the day, with a link that lets them move it themselves. By email on every plan, including the free one, and by text as well on Pro.
Pro at £9.99 a month a person, never more than £39.99: unlimited bookings, never a commission. Free to start: 20 bookings a month, no card.

The problem
Most people who miss an appointment didn't mean to.
Life moved, the booking did not
They booked three weeks ago. Something landed on that afternoon and your appointment isn't the thing they remember.
Texting everyone is a job
Twenty bookings a day is twenty messages, every evening, forever. It is the first thing that stops when you get busy.
Cancelling feels harder than not turning up
If cancelling means a phone call, plenty of people just don't come.
How it works
It runs on its own from the first booking.
- 01
They book, and get it in writing
A confirmation with the time, the price and a calendar file that drops into their own phone calendar.
- 02
A reminder before the day
Sent automatically by email, and by text too once you switch texts on. Nothing to remember, and no per-message charge.
- 03
They can move it themselves
The reminder carries a link to their own page, where they can reschedule into a slot you can genuinely do, or cancel. Either way the diary updates itself.
When they reply
Replies come to the shop, not your personal phone.
If a reminder prompts a question, the customer answers from their own page and it lands in your inbox, with their booking right there.

What you get
Fewer no-shows, less chasing.
A cancellation is better than a no-show
A slot given back the day before can be sold. Make cancelling easy and you convert silent no-shows into gaps you can still fill.
Rebooking nudges, if you want them
Set a gap - say six weeks - and anybody who hasn't been back by then gets one polite email with a link to book. Per-customer, so you can leave anyone out.
A review ask at the right moment
After a finished appointment, not before. It goes to your own Google review link.
Nobody gets pestered
Cancel a booking and its reminder never goes out. Switch follow-ups off for a customer and they're left alone.
FAQs
Questions? Answered straight
The things people ask about reminders before they sign up.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Are reminders sent by text or email?
Both, if you want. Email reminders go out on every plan and carry the calendar file and the link to move or cancel. On Pro you can send text reminders as well, at times of their own: 50 a month for each person.
Can I text someone when I book them in?
Yes. When you add an appointment in the diary, switch on "Send them a confirmation text" and it goes straight to their mobile. It comes out of the same monthly allowance as your reminders, so you only use a text when you choose to.
Do I have to set them up?
No. They are on from the first booking. The rebooking nudge is the one thing you choose, because only you know the right gap for your trade.
What if a customer replies?
It arrives in your FullDiary inbox and you can answer from there, so your personal number stays yours.
Do reminders cost extra?
No. Email reminders are free on every plan. Text reminders come out of the monthly allowance your plan already includes, so there is no per-message charge.
What happens when I run out of texts?
Your reminders keep going by email, the same as they always did, and the texts start again at the beginning of next month, so nothing is missed. If you would rather keep texting, buy more from Settings: 100 texts for 5 GBP, 500 for 22.50 or 1,000 for 40, and bought texts never expire. Your dashboard and your inbox warn you before you run out.
