Sarah McDonald booked a skin fade with Jamie, Saturday at 10:30.
The problem
Most small businesses lose bookings to the phone, not to competitors.
You can't answer mid-job
Hands full, gloves on, someone in the chair. The phone rings out, they try the next place, and you never know it happened.
Evenings go on admin
Messages on three apps, a voicemail, a text at 11pm. You are the booking system, and it runs on your own time.
Marketplaces charge for your own regulars
Some take a commission on every booking, including the customer who has come to you for years and found you themselves.
How it works
Set it up once, then it takes bookings for you.

Answer six questions
What you do, how long it takes, what it costs and when you work. The answers come pre-filled for your trade, so most people change a couple and move on.

Your page goes live
full-diary.co.uk/b/your-shop, with your name, your colours and your photo. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google profile and your window.

Booking by FullDiary
The shop's diary, Mon 28
What the shop seesBook on the phone and watch it land here. Nothing is saved - it is a picture of the real thing.
Your side
Every booking lands straight in your diary.
Nothing to type in and nothing to check in two places. Customers book on their phone and it appears in the diary your whole team works from.

What you get
Built to win you more bookings.
The times are real
Your hours, your breaks, your holidays and everything already booked are all taken into account. Two people can't grab the same slot, so you never have a double booking to untangle.
It fills the gaps
A 30 minute job is offered the 30 minute hole between two bookings, not just the top of the hour. A diary that only offers round numbers leaves money in the gaps.
No commission, ever
Your customers are yours. FullDiary charges a monthly price or nothing at all, and never a slice of the booking.
It works on their phone
Most people book from a phone in about forty seconds. No app to download, no account to make.
FAQs
Questions? Answered straight
The things people ask about online booking before they sign up.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
How long does it take to set up?
About ten minutes. The setup asks ten questions with the answers already filled in for your trade, and your page is live at the end of it.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Never a percentage of a booking, on any plan. You pay £9.99 a month a person for unlimited bookings, never more than £39.99 a month, or nothing at all on the free plan, which covers 20 bookings a month.
Can customers book more than one thing at once?
Yes. They can stack services in one visit and the page adds the time up, so a cut and a beard trim books the right 45 minutes rather than two separate slots.
What if I don't want people booking whenever they like?
You set the hours, the breaks and how far ahead people can book. Anything outside that is never offered.
I go to my customers. Can the page charge for travel?
Yes, on Pro. The page asks for their address, and your own price per mile, after any free miles, is worked out from the real driving distance and shown in their summary before they book.
Do I need a website?
No. The booking page is a web page in its own right, with your name and photo on it. Plenty of businesses use it as their only online presence.
