Know what is working, without a spreadsheet.
Your diary already knows how the month is going. FullDiary turns it into plain figures: takings, busiest times, regulars and no-shows, worked out for you.
Pro at £9.99 a month a person, never more than £39.99: unlimited bookings, never a commission. Free to start: 20 bookings a month, no card.

The problem
You run the busiest shop on the street and still cannot say what a Tuesday is worth.
The numbers live in the till
Takings are in the card machine, bookings are in the diary, and nobody has sat down to put the two together since January.
Busy is a feeling, not a figure
A full Saturday feels like a good week. Whether this month beat last month is a guess until the accountant says.
No-shows are a mood
Everyone remembers the one who did not turn up. Nobody knows if it is one in fifty or one in ten, or whether the deposit fixed it.
How it works
Figures from the diary you already keep.
- 01
Your diary does the counting
Every finished booking, what it cost and who did it is already in FullDiary. Nothing to type in, nothing to export.
- 02
Open Analytics
Takings week by week, takings by person, busiest days and hours, what you sell, your regulars and your no-shows, on one page for the last 30 days and 8 weeks.

See this month against last
Paid invoices this month against last month on one line, deposits held against upcoming work, and what is in the book for the next 30 days as a share of the hours you work.
What you'll see
Your month, on one page.
The last 30 days and 8 weeks, worked out from your bookings and invoices, and today's numbers on the dashboard.

What you get
The questions it answers.
Takings, week by week
Eight weeks on one chart, so you can see a quiet week for what it is and a good one for what caused it.
Busiest days and hours
Which days fill and which hours sit empty, so you know when to open longer, add a person, or run an offer.
Takings by person
What each member of the team took, from the bookings they did. The Saturday junior's column and yours, side by side.
Your regulars
Who comes back and how often, and your best regulars by what they have spent with you.
No-shows, as a number
How many did not turn up in the last 30 days, what that cost, and once you have enough bookings either way, whether taking a deposit changed it.
Pence, not guesses
Every figure is worked out from finished bookings and paid invoices, to the penny. A no-show never counts as takings.
FAQs
Questions? Answered straight
The things people ask about business insights before they sign up.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Do I have to enter anything?
No. Analytics is worked out from the bookings in your diary and the invoices you have sent. Mark a booking finished, or a no-show, and the figures follow.
Is it on the free plan?
Yes. Everything on the Analytics page is on every plan. The one report that is Pro is what you are owed by how late it is, for invoices.
Does a no-show count as takings?
Never. A no-show is counted and costed, and it comes off nothing else. Takings are finished bookings and paid invoices only.
How far back does it go?
The long view is the last 8 weeks and the last 30 days, with this month against last for revenue. Today's figures are on the dashboard.
Can I see it on my phone?
Yes. Analytics is the same page in your phone's browser, on a tablet and on a computer.
