A no-show on a full-day sitting
Hours of custom work, held by a promise
Tattoo time is long, personal and prepared-for. When a sitting is held by nothing but a DM, the no-show costs a whole day.
The full-day no-show
Stencil drawn, station set, day blocked out. Without a deposit, the only person invested in the appointment is you.
The DM waterfall
Enquiry, reference photos, sizing, placement, then twelve messages finding a date. Your art account became a call centre.
Consultations that go nowhere
Free consults are part of the craft, until the diary fills with them and the paying sittings fight for space.
Try it
Book yourself in, the way your clients will.
Four taps on the phone, and watch the booking land in the diary beside it. That is all your clients see: no app, no account, no password to invent.

The diary
The screen your studio lives on.
Every artist is a column, a full-day sitting holds the whole day, drawing days are blocked out with a repeat, and the studio runs from one screen.
Someone running late? Drag their booking to another column or time and drop it. The diary updates and the customer gets the new time by email. (A real screen recording.)
- Drag a booking to a new time - the emails follow it
- Draw across an empty space to book a walk-in
- Done, no-show or cancelled, marked as you go
- One tap makes it full screen for the tablet by the till

FAQs
Questions from tattoo studios, answered straight
What it costs, what your clients see, and how FullDiary fits the way tattoo studios actually work.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Can I take different deposits for different sittings?
Yes. Deposits are set per service, so a consultation can be deposit-free while a full-day sitting asks for a meaningful hold. Deposits charge through your own connected Stripe account, the slot is confirmed when it is paid, and FullDiary takes no commission.
Can clients sign the consent form before they arrive?
Yes. Add the tattoo consent form under Your shop, Forms, one tap from the studio template, and attach it to your sittings. It is asked on the booking page with a typed-name agreement, the answer sits on the client's profile with a PDF, and the diary card shows who has signed.
Can guest artists get their own diary access?
Yes. Add them as bookable staff with their own hours, services and login. They see the studio's day and manage their own column. When the guest spot ends, remove their access and the bookings stay in your records.
Do clients book a specific artist?
Yes. Your booking page lists who does what, with a photo and a line about each artist, and clients only see times that artist actually works. Walk-in days go straight into the diary.
How do I send aftercare?
As a message after the sitting. It lands on their own page with an email, and if they have a question they reply and it comes back to your inbox. Private notes stay in your diary.
Is it really free to start?
Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
