What's new at FullDiary.

We cut setup from twelve screens to seven. Answer six questions, filled in for your trade, and your booking page goes live. Your look, your customer list and deposits wait on your dashboard for when you are ready.

Export your Clients, Treatment notes and Attendees from Cliniko and import them. Every client arrives with their details, every treatment note lands on their profile dated on the visit, and your appointments go into your diary.

A Photos field on a visit record holds up to four pictures, added from the FullDiary app or the website. Hair, beauty, grooming, tattoo, motor and home trades start with one, and the app now shows yes or no fields, your own fields and the ones your customers fill in.

Every trade starts with its own set of fields. Now you can rename, reorder, add and remove them, choose what each customer sees, and mark the ones they fill in themselves on their own page.

Customers can now buy a gift voucher on your booking page, for an amount or for one of your services, and have it emailed straight to the person it is for. They spend it when they book, and you can sell, give or bring over vouchers at the desk too.

If you go to your customers, FullDiary can now add a travel charge to each booking: your own price per mile from where you set off, worked out from the real driving distance and shown to the customer before they book.

If you go to your customers, every booking starts with a drive. Here is how to turn that drive into a travel charge that is fair to you and to them, and how to show it before anyone books.

FullDiary now has discount codes. Take a percentage or an amount off a booking or a package, for anyone or only your regulars, typed on your booking page or applied by itself. Here is how they work, and five ways to use them.

Email reminders work, but a text lands on the lock screen, where people see it. On Pro, FullDiary sends a text before each appointment as well as the email: 50 texts a month for each person on your plan, with more to buy if you ever need them.

When someone taps your booking link, they should know straight away they are in the right place. Your FullDiary booking page comes in eight styles, from bright and clean to dark and moody, with your colour, logo and a photo of your place on every plan. On Pro you can add a gallery of your work and links to your socials and reviews.

Three quiet emails do the follow-up most businesses mean to do and never get round to: a nudge when a regular is due back, a request for a Google review the day after a visit, and a link that lets customers move their own booking instead of just not turning up.

A clipboard at the chair is slow, and a drawer of paper forms is a data protection worry. FullDiary asks your consultation and consent questions on the booking page, before the appointment, and keeps the answers on the customer's record. Start from one of nine templates, free on every plan.

Running late, a change of time, what to bring: the messages that go with a booking live in one inbox that belongs to your business. Customers reply from their own page, your team can pick up any conversation, and your mobile number stays yours.

A no-show is an hour you cannot sell twice. With FullDiary, customers pay a deposit or the full price when they book, straight into your own Stripe account, and the slot is only confirmed once they have paid. It works on every plan, including the free one.

FullDiary is a booking system for barbers, salons, therapists, trainers and every other business that runs on appointments. Customers book themselves from your link, the booking lands in your diary, and nobody takes a cut. It is free for 20 bookings a month.

FullDiary turns one sentence into a proper invoice. Say who it is for, what you did and what it cost, and the lines, the VAT and the total are filled in, in a design with your logo, ready to download as a PDF. You can try it without an account.
