The FullDiary app is on Google Play

FullDiary now has its own app for Android phones. It is the same account and the same diary as the website: see the day, add and move bookings, answer messages and look up customers, and get a notification on your phone the moment a booking lands. The iPhone app is coming to the App Store next.

FullDiary is the booking system for appointment businesses: an online booking page, a diary and reminders in one place. Until now you ran it in a browser, which works on a phone but is not the same as an app on your home screen. The FullDiary app for Android is out today on Google Play.

Get it on Google Play

What it does

  • The diary. Every person gets their own column with their face on it. Hold and drag a booking to a new time or a new column, and the customer gets the new time by email. Tap a gap to add a booking or a walk-in, or block out lunch or a day off.
  • On your phone as it happens. A new booking, a cancellation or a customer's message arrives as a notification.
  • Messages. Running late? One tap. Customers reply from their booking page and it lands in your inbox.
  • Customers. Every customer's history in one place: visits, notes, forms, messages and packages, and a package sold from their profile.
  • The rest of FullDiary. Your invoices and quotes, takings and your busiest hours, and your services, people and hours with a preview of your booking page.

Getting it

Search for FullDiary on Google Play, or use the Google Play button at the foot of any page on this site. Sign in with the email and password you use here. If you signed up with Google, set a password first under Settings, Your account on the website.

Your team can use it too, each with their own login: invite them from their card under Your shop, People and places.

How staff logins work

The iPhone app is with Apple and comes to the App Store next. Until then FullDiary works in the browser on any iPhone, and it is the same diary.

Questions people ask

Does the app cost anything?
No. It is free to download and works on every plan, including Free. Pro can be bought on the website or inside the app.
Is it a separate account?
No. It is the same account and the same diary as the website. A booking made in the app shows on the website straight away, and the other way round.
When is the iPhone app out?
It is with Apple now and comes to the App Store next. FullDiary works in the browser on an iPhone in the meantime.
