Saturday, every Saturday

The book works until the shop gets busy

A busy barbershop runs on rhythm. The paper book, the DMs and the missed calls are what break it.

Booked by DM at midnight

Instagram messages, WhatsApps and texts, all asking the same question: when are you free? You are the booking system, and you are mid-fade.

No-shows on the busiest chair

A Saturday no-show is not an empty slot, it is money you turned other people away from.

Walk-ins versus the book

Who is next, who booked, who just sat down? When it lives in your head, every double booking is yours to fix.

Try it

Book yourself in, the way your customers will.

Four taps on the phone, and watch the booking land in the diary beside it. That is all your customers see: no app, no account, no password to invent.

The diary

The screen your shop lives on.

Every chair is a column, walk-ins are drawn in with a finger, and the day runs on the screen by the till from open to close.

Someone running late? Drag their booking to another column or time and drop it. The diary updates and the customer gets the new time by email. (A real screen recording.)

  • Drag a booking to a new time - the emails follow it
  • Draw across an empty space to book a walk-in
  • Done, no-show or cancelled, marked as you go
  • One tap makes it full screen for the tablet by the till

Set up in minutes

Three steps and you are taking bookings.

Every booking lands in the live diary. Drag to move, draw to add a walk-in, mark done as the day goes.

Filled in for barbers on screen one

  • Your opening days and hours, ready to change
  • Clipper grade and style notes on every visit record
  • A rebook reminder four weeks after a cut
  • Price options, so a skin fade and a scissor cut sit under one service

Every one of these is a starting point. Change the prices, the hours or the words on the screen where they live, and the booking page updates as you type.

The overview

What next Saturday is worth, before it happens

The overview is where the money lives: what is in the book for the next 30 days, the week as coloured bars per chair, takings, deposits held and how many bookings came through your page.

  • Money in the book for the next 30 days, in pounds
  • Every chair's week side by side, in their colours
  • What no-shows cost, and what the deposit saved

FAQs

Questions from barbers, answered straight

What it costs, what your customers see, and how FullDiary fits the way barbers actually work.

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.

Can each barber see their own bookings?

Yes. Every barber can have their own login: they see the whole day, work their own column and take walk-ins, while your settings, prices and money pages stay yours. On Pro every barber gets a login, and the bill never goes above 39.99 GBP a month however big the shop.

Can I take deposits to stop no-shows?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account, set a deposit on any service, and the slot is confirmed when the deposit is paid. The money goes straight to your Stripe account. FullDiary takes no commission.

What about walk-ins?

Draw across the empty space in the diary, type a name or tap Walk-in, done. The column blocks out like any booking, so the next customer looking at your page sees the true availability.

What happens when Saturday is full?

Customers join the waiting list for that day from your booking page. When a Saturday booking is cancelled, the first suitable person is messaged a link that holds the freed slot for two hours. One press books it, and the chair stays full.

Can a regular keep the same slot every fortnight?

Yes. Open their booking in the diary, press repeat, and pick weekly, fortnightly or every few weeks. The diary keeps the slot topped up ahead, on every plan including Free.

Can a mobile barber use it?

Yes. Under Your shop, Booking rules, switch on 'Ask for the customer's address when they book' and every booking arrives with the address and a maps link. On Pro, the Travel card under it adds a travel charge: your own price per mile after any free miles, worked out from the real driving distance and shown before they book.

Is it really free to start?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.

Do my customers need an app?

No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
