A customer's phone on a FullDiary booking page: the shop's logo and address, and services with prices, ready to book

The date is the product

A golden-hour slot, held by a maybe

Photography sells dates and light. Holding those dates should not live in your DMs.

Enquiries that stay enquiries

'How much for a shoot?' sits in Instagram DMs while you are editing. By the time you reply with a price list, the moment has cooled.

The no-show session

An hour blocked, a location scouted, the light checked. Without a session fee taken up front, the date was never really held.

Mini session days need order

Ten back-to-back slots, one family late, the whole afternoon slides. The day only works when every slot is real, visible and confirmed.

Try it

Book yourself in, the way your clients will.

Four taps on the phone, and watch the booking land in the diary beside it. That is all your clients see: no app, no account, no password to invent.

The diary

The screen your diary lives on.

Sessions in the book with the fee already paid, editing days blocked out with a repeat, and a mini day running back to back on one screen.

Someone running late? Drag their booking to another column or time and drop it. The diary updates and the customer gets the new time by email. (A real screen recording.)

  • Drag a booking to a new time - the emails follow it
  • Draw across an empty space to book a walk-in
  • Done, no-show or cancelled, marked as you go
  • One tap makes it full screen for the tablet by the till

The overview

The overview is where the money lives: what is in the book for the next 30 days, the week as coloured bars, takings, session fees held and how many bookings came through your page rather than the DMs.

  • Money in the book for the next 30 days, in pounds
  • Session fees held against every date

  • Clients see your rule from the first step, and the charge before they book

  • Real times, not requests: slots come from the live diary's actual gaps
  • Nothing to download and no password to invent
  • Confirmation lands by email, with add-to-calendar and a link to move it

FAQs

Questions from photographers, answered straight

What it costs, what your clients see, and how FullDiary fits the way photographers actually work.

Something else on your mind? Ask a human.

Can I take the session fee when they book?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and set a deposit or the full session price per service. The slot is confirmed when it is paid, and it counts toward what is owed on the day. No commission, ever.

Does it work for mini session days?

Yes. Set the mini as a 20-minute service, open your hours on the day, and the diary sells it back to back: every slot booked, paid and reminded. Block out the days you are editing with a repeat and the page only offers the days you shoot.

Can clients sign a model release before the shoot?

Yes. Add the model release under Your shop, Forms, one tap from the photographer template, or write your own questionnaire. It is asked on the booking page with a typed-name agreement, and the signed answer sits on the client's profile with a PDF.

Can I invoice the balance from the booking?

Yes. When the session is done, one click on the diary card turns it into a draft invoice with the client and the fee already filled in. Invoices and quotes for the bigger jobs are on the same login.

Does it handle shoots on location?

Yes. Pick 'it depends' for where you work and turn on 'ask for the customer's address'. Location sessions arrive with the address on the booking, in the emails and in your calendar, with a maps link on the diary card.

Can I charge travel for location shoots?

Yes, on Pro, if every session is on location. With the address question on, switch on Charge for travel on the Travel card under it in Your studio, Booking rules, and set your own price per mile, any free miles and the furthest you travel. The client sees the charge before they book, worked out from the real driving distance to the address they give. It applies to every online booking, so if you also shoot in a studio, price location sessions as their own service instead.

Is it really free to start?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.

Do my clients need an app?

No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
