For aesthetics clinics

The simple

for aesthetics clinics.

Clients book their own consultation or treatment, the medical history and consent forms are answered before they arrive, a deposit holds the slot, and a nudge goes out when the next treatment is due.

The FullDiary diary on a laptop, four barbers' columns filled with the day's bookings, and Linden Aesthetics's booking page on a phone in front of it: its photo, logo and address, and services with prices, ready to book

Sound familiar?

Less time in the DMs, more time treating.

An aesthetics clinic runs on consultations, consent and repeat treatments, and every one of them used to start with a message.

Bookings stuck in the DMs?

Prices, free times and aftercare questions, answered between clients and late at night.

Your page shows every treatment, its price and your free times. Clients book and pay the deposit themselves.

No-shows on a filler slot?

Forty-five minutes held and the product ready, gone with a message ten minutes before.

A deposit at booking through your own Stripe account, and a reminder the day before.

Consent forms on a clipboard?

Paper in the waiting room, then a folder to keep and find again.

Medical history and consent are answered on the booking page, signed with a typed name and kept with a PDF.

Paying for a booking system that takes a cut?

A slice of every new client, a fee per booking, a price that climbs with every person you add.

FullDiary is £9.99 a person, never more than £39.99 a month, and takes nothing from any booking. Ever.

How it works

How FullDiary works.

FullDiary gives you your own online booking page and link. Share it on your website, Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, wherever your customers find you. Then:

  1. 01

    Share your booking link

FullDiary gives you your own booking page, showing your services, prices and availability.

  2. 02

    Clients book themselves

Clients open your link, choose a service, pick an available time and confirm their appointment, 24/7.

  3. 03

    It appears in your diary

The booking is added to your FullDiary automatically, so you always know who is booked and when.

Clients book from your link, with no app to install and no calls or messages back and forth.

Your booking page

Your booking page. Your brand.

Make your booking page look like your business, not another generic booking app.

On every plan

  • Your logo and brand colour
  • Two designs, light or dark backgrounds
  • A photo of your shop across the top
  • Heading fonts and a note for your customers

On Pro

  • A gallery of up to eight photos
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and website buttons
Change it whenever you like. Your link stays the same.

The FullDiary diary

One diary, whether you're solo or a team.

Every practitioner is a column, a consultation holds its 30 minutes and filler its 45, and the clinic runs from the screen at reception or the phone between clients.

  • Walk-ins
  • Customers
The FullDiary diary for a Monday on a laptop: a live clock, the day's takings, four barbers in their own columns, every booking in colour and lunch breaks; and over its corner the app's diary on a phone, a Saturday with two columns of appointments

Bookings move with a drag, walk-ins go straight in, and every appointment can be marked done, cancelled or a no-show.

The same diary for everyone on the team, wherever they are: on a computer, in the browser on any phone, and in the FullDiary app on iPhone and Android.

Forms

Medical history and consent, before they sit down

Under Forms your trade is offered an intake form and a consent to treatment form, each added with one tap. The intake is asked on the booking page before a first visit: medical history, medication, their GP and an emergency contact. Consent is asked at every treatment. Both are signed with a typed name and kept on the client's profile with a PDF.

FAQs

Questions from aesthetics clinics

What it costs, what your clients see, and how FullDiary fits the way aesthetics clinics work.

Something else on your mind? Ask us.

Can clients fill in a medical history and consent form before they arrive?

Yes. Under Forms your trade is offered an intake form and a consent to treatment form, each added with one tap. The intake is asked on the booking page before a first visit: what brings them in, medical history and medication, their GP and an emergency contact. Consent is asked at every treatment. Both are signed with a typed name and kept on the client's profile with a PDF, and every question is yours to change.

Can I take a deposit on filler and anti-wrinkle?

Yes. Any treatment can take a deposit or the full price at booking through your own Stripe account, and the slot is confirmed once it is paid. Many clinics leave the consultation free to book. FullDiary takes no commission.

Can one treatment have several prices, like one, two or three areas?

Yes. Price options sit on one treatment, each with its own price: one area, two or three, or 0.5 ml and 1 ml. Clients pick one when they book.

What does it keep for each client?

A profile with their bookings, their forms with PDFs, dated private notes, and a treatment record for every visit: areas treated, products with amounts and batch numbers, whether aftercare was given and notes for next time, with photos.

Is it aesthetics software, or just a booking page?

It is booking software with what an aesthetics clinic uses every day: the diary, deposits, medical history and consent forms, treatment records, courses and gift vouchers, on the website and in the FullDiary app. It is not a prescribing or clinical records system, so a clinic that needs one keeps it and uses FullDiary for the bookings.

Can clients book a specific practitioner?

Yes. Your booking page lists each practitioner with a photo and a line about them, and clients only see times that person works. On Pro every practitioner has their own column and login.

Can I treat clients at home?

Yes. A mobile practitioner's clients give their address when they book, with a maps link for you, and on Pro your own price per mile can be added. If most clients come to the clinic, make a home visit its own treatment with its own price instead.

Is it really free to start?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.

Do my clients need an app?

No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
