The phone rings mid-colour
Gloves on, phone ringing again
A salon appointment is long, personal and expensive to lose. The admin around it should not be fighting you for attention.
Answering with your gloves on
Every booking call interrupts a client in the chair. The client on the phone gets rushed, the one in the chair gets ignored.
A no-show on a colour slot
Three hours held for a balayage that never arrives. That is not one lost booking, it is an afternoon.
Five stylists, one book
Different days, different hours, different services. One shared page cannot hold it.
Try it
Book yourself in, the way your clients will.
Four taps on the phone, and watch the booking land in the diary beside it. That is all your clients see: no app, no account, no password to invent.

The diary
The screen your salon lives on.

Someone running late? Drag their booking to another column or time and drop it. The diary updates and the customer gets the new time by email. (A real screen recording.)
- Drag a booking to a new time - the emails follow it
- Draw across an empty space to book a walk-in
- Done, no-show or cancelled, marked as you go
- One tap makes it full screen for the tablet by the till

FAQs
Questions from hair salons, answered straight
What it costs, what your clients see, and how FullDiary fits the way hair salons actually work.
Something else on your mind? Ask a human.
Can clients book a specific stylist?
Yes. Your booking page lists who does what, with a photo and a line about each stylist. Clients pick their stylist, or take whoever is free, and only see times that stylist actually works. Each stylist keeps their own hours, services and prices where they differ.
How do patch tests work?
Add the patch test form under Your shop, Forms, one tap from the salon template, and attach it to colour, highlights and lashes. When a client books one of those, the form appears on the booking page before they confirm. The answer sits on their profile with a PDF, the diary card shows done, and inside the validity window they are not asked again.
Does the price keep climbing with every stylist?
No. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month for each person, and it never goes above 39.99 GBP a month, so from the fourth stylist on, everyone else is free. Every store and every login is included, there is no commission, and you never pay more for being busier.
Can I keep colour formulas on each client?
Yes. The salon setup gives every visit record a colour formula, processing time and products used. Fill it in from the diary card as you go, and it is on the client's profile the next time they are in the chair.
Do reminders really reduce no-shows?
Email reminders go out on the schedule you pick, the day before, the morning of, or both, on every plan including Free, and on Pro they can go by text as well. Cancelling or moving an appointment automatically re-times its reminders, and a client can move their own booking from the confirmation while it is outside your cancellation window.
Does it work for mobile hairdressers?
Yes. Pick Mobile hairdresser when you set up and the booking form asks for the client's address from day one, with a maps link on the diary card. On Pro, add a travel charge under Your salon, Booking rules: your own price per mile after any free miles, worked out from the real driving distance and shown before they book.
Is it really free to start?
Yes, and it is not a trial. Twenty bookings a month, with the booking page, the live diary and the QR card included, for as long as you like. No card, nothing expires, and there is never commission on bookings. Pro is 9.99 GBP a month a person, never more than 39.99 GBP, when you outgrow it.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Your booking page is a link. It opens in their browser, they pick a service and a time, and the confirmation lands by email with an add-to-calendar file. Nothing to install on either side, and no password for anyone to forget.
