Know before a product runs out
Set a level on each product you count, and FullDiary tells you by email and on your phone when a sale takes it that low. You hear again if it sells out, so you can order more before a customer asks for one you no longer have.
Director, FullDiary

FullDiary is the booking system for UK small businesses, with an online booking page, a diary and payments in one place. On Pro it also sells the things on your shelf, at the desk and on your booking page, and counts the stock down as they go. Now it tells you when that stock is getting low.
A level for each product
Every product that counts its stock has a Warn me when it gets down to box, under In stock. An oil you sell every week might warn you at five, and a gift box you sell once a month at one. Leave it blank and you hear only when the last one goes.

One email and one notification
When a sale at the desk or on your booking page takes a product to that number, an email goes to the address your booking emails go to, saying Massage oil is down to 2. The FullDiary app shows the same, and a tap opens your products. Sell the last one and you hear that it has sold out, and your booking page stops offering it until you add more.
You hear once. Nothing more arrives while the product stays low, and once you add stock above the level it is ready to warn you next time. Changing the count yourself never sends one.
Who hears it
The notification goes to the people who look after your shop, usually the owner and any managers. Each phone can turn Low stock off under Notifications in the app, and the emails have their own Low stock switch under Settings, General, Emails to you.
Questions people ask
- Do I get an email after every sale once a product is low?
- No. You hear once when a sale takes it to your level, and once more if it sells out. Add stock above the level and the next drop warns you again.
- What if I do not count stock for a product?
- Then there is nothing to warn about. A product with a blank stock count never runs out in FullDiary, so it has no level and sends no alerts.
- Which plan is it on?
- Products are part of Pro, and low stock alerts come with them, on the website and in the FullDiary app.
