Once your booking page is live, Google and other search engines can list it. Someone who searches for your business by name can then find your page and book straight away. Your classes, passes, gift vouchers and reviews pages can turn up too.
It is on for every shop. To switch it off, open Shop settings, Your booking page, on the website or in the app, and switch off Show my booking page on Google under Found on Google. Only someone who runs the shop can change it.
Google decides when to list a page. A new page can take a few weeks to appear, and once you switch yours off it drops out the next time Google looks at it. Every link to your page helps people find it, so put it in your Instagram and Facebook bios, on your Google Business Profile and on your own website if you have one.
Your page shows what it always has, your services and prices and your address and phone number. If you would rather only the people you send the link to could find it, switch it off. Your link keeps working either way.
A customer's own pages, such as their booking, their basket and their gift voucher, are never listed, and neither is a page that is not live yet.
