The free plan includes 20 bookings a month for one person at one store, your booking page, the live diary and reminder emails, with no card needed to start. Deposits and payment in full are on every plan too.
Pro makes bookings and stores unlimited and brings on your whole team, each with their own login. It is 9.99 GBP a month for each person - each login, and each bookable member of staff without one - and never more than 39.99 GBP a month, so from the fourth person on, everyone else is free. People you have retired or parked do not count, and when you add or remove someone the bill follows, worked out to the day. Add everyone during setup regardless: on Free, anyone over the allowance is parked until you upgrade rather than refused.
Pro also makes the booking page more yours: a gallery of photos of your work, and buttons for your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website and Google reviews. The styles, your colour, fonts, tagline, logo and store photo are on every plan.
