The free plan is a real plan, not a trial: 3 invoices and 3 quotes a month saved to your account, 20 bookings a month, every design template, your logo and saved customers. No card to start and no time limit.
Pro, 9.99 GBP a month for each person and never more than 39.99 GBP a month however big the team: unlimited invoices, quotes, bookings and stores; your whole team, each with their own login; sending by email with online view-and-accept links; custom branding on your documents with no FullDiary footer; QuoteChaser follow-ups; card payments on invoices through your own Stripe account; booking packages (blocks of sessions paid up front); discount codes for bookings and packages; gift vouchers sold on your booking page or at the desk; classes that several people book places in, with a timetable and class passes; travel charges by the mile for businesses that go to the customer; a photo gallery and social links on your booking page; an outstanding-and-overdue dashboard; 50 text reminders a month for each person; and priority support. Where yearly billing is offered it is 99.90 GBP a person, never more than 399.90 GBP a year. Booking deposits are on every plan, free included.
A person is each login, plus each bookable member of staff without one; anyone retired or parked does not count, and the bill follows when people come and go, worked out to the day. Every account holds one business.
On Pro you can buy more texts under Settings, Your plan: 100 for 5 GBP, 500 for 22.50 or 1,000 for 40. Bought texts never expire and are only used once the month's included texts have gone. No contracts on any plan; upgrade or cancel from Settings whenever you like.
In the FullDiary app, Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play instead, as Pro for 1, 2, 3 or 4 or more people, at the store's own price; a plan bought there covers that many people on the booking page and is changed or cancelled through the store. A plan bought on the website works in the app too.
