Help/FullDiary bookings

Can FullDiary remind customers to book again, and ask for a review?

Yes - under Your shop, Keeping customers, set how long after a visit the 'time to book again?' email goes (your trade sets a sensible default) and paste your Google review link on the same page for a day-after email asking how it was; one email each, never twice for the same gap.

Under Your shop, Keeping customers, choose how long after a completed visit a customer should hear from you if they have not booked again: four weeks for a barber, eight for colour, six for a groomer, a year for an MOT. Your trade set a default during setup; Off is a choice. Anyone past that gap with nothing booked gets one friendly email reminding them to book, with a link to their own page and your booking page. They are never reminded twice for the same gap.

Paste your Google review link into Your Google review link on the same page (how to find it is in the next article) and the day after each visit the customer gets one email asking how it was, with the link. Leave it blank and no review emails go. A no-show or a cancelled booking never gets one.

Customers can also move their own booking: their confirmation page offers Change the time while it is still outside your cancellation window, with the same person and service, and you get an email when they do. Reminder emails now go on every plan.
